Spiced Apple & Cranberry Crisp Ingredients: 8 cups apples, peeled, cored and segmented 1 cup water 2 tablespoons of arrow root starch 1/3 cup maple syrup 1/2 cup cranberries Topping 1/2 cup gluten-free old fashioned rolled oats 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon cloves 1 tablespoon cinnamon 3 tablespoons coconut flour 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
